Our Classes

Fundamentals
This class does what it says on the tin: building your knowledge and familiarity with our Reformer machines and movements.
We make sure that we work the whole body, easing your body into movement, as well as working with strength and, a Pilates essential, control!
💡Perfect for all experience levels. Seasoned Reformer attendees will get as much from these sessions as newcomers with the options for progression, as well as some delicious stretches and a sense of body-mind connection.

Flex
Our stretchier class option, this is a great chance to work on your stretching and mobility with the assistance of the Reformer machines.
Shapes might be held for a little longer, movements will focus on muscle and joint control, you’re sure to feel longer by the time you leave.
💡Ideal for those who need help to unwind and are looking for a slower pace to their reformer, perhaps to work on some much-needed rehabilitation or muscle relaxation, these will be the perfect sessions for you.

Flow
A faster-paced class with plenty of flow, we recommend that you’ve been to at least 4 classes with us, or have discussed your experience with us.
You’ll still work with control and precision, as per the Pilates principles, but we introduce a wider variety of movement styles and shapes.
💡Suitable for those with some Reformer experience so that we know you are able to work with quicker body and machine adjustments. A great chance to feel your body and breath working in harmony, leaving you with a little glow!

Small Group
A more intimate setting of a maximum of 4 in a session means that you’ll get a much more coach-led session.
Our aim is to create a more individualised experience to your Reformer session, with more time and space to focus on details that are appropriate for you.
💡Perfect for those who prefer smaller groups, want to get acquainted with Reformers in a quieter setting, are coming back from injury or want an exclusive class feel with friends on the reformers!
We want to make our Group classes as inclusive as possible and to make sure that everyone has a great experience. With this in mind, the Group classes might not be suitable for recent injuries or complex medical histories where you might need more tailored coaching. We ask that you get in touch if you have any queries about the suitability of different class types.

Meet the Coaches
Hannah King - Head Reformer Coach
Hannah first started working in the health and wellbeing world nearly 7 years ago when she decided to retrain as a Sports Massage Therapist. While training at the London School of Sports Massage, she managed a studio that offered yoga, pilates, and many different therapies. Here she learnt a lot about physical and mental wellbeing from these different practices, and began to delve into what it means to be “well”. Whilst the massage work grew, she kept seeing familiar patterns in clients and herself around the lack or quality of movement which can present in so many different ways. When she started practising Reformer Pilates for herself, the changes she felt led her to train in Equipment Pilates. Hannah is passionate about providing a welcoming space for everyone to explore how Pilates movements can help their unique bodies.
“I love that one exercise can be felt in so many different ways depending on the way it’s cued, what physical tensions you’re working with or what energy you bring to the studio, and that there’s no right or wrong way to do it - well, sort of!”
